Rub for Your Butt with Coffee This is our Pork Butt rub with Coffee & Chicory. Trim up your pork butt and pat it dry. Put a generous coat of rub on both sides and pat it in. Sometimes, we add some of our Cajun Seasoning and/or Honey BBQ seasoning. It adds a little kick!
