I first heard of Burt’s Bayou Blends seasonings at a wedding reception I attended that was catered by Jambalaya and Co. The food was so good that I just had to ask their secret. To my surprise, they had their own line of seasonings and rubs, Burt’s Bayou Blends! I used the Burt’s Bayou Blends Cajun Fried Turkey seasoning at Thanksgiving. My family loved it so much, I got them all some for their Christmas stockings! Thanks, Burt’s Bayou Blends!

Today I thought I would make homemade chicken and noodles and for the first time it tried Burt’s Bayou Chicken seasoning! Oh my goodness, it was the best chicken and noodles I’ve ever made. This seasoning was just the perfect touch to a great dinner!

After getting a sample of the Cajun Garlic Grilling Salt, I found myself using it on EVERYTHING. It is so good!! I also like the Cajun Seasoning. So recently I ordered both plus the Blackened Seasoning. I am sure I will not be disappointed!!

Have to say one of the best seasonings I've ever had is the Cajun season blend. It is literally good on everything. Whenever I have eggs it is delicious adds a enhanced flavor to them. Also really good on steak and chicken. Guirdys Seasoning blend is also a great one to put on vegetables and anything you are grilling. I highly recommend you try some.

Burt Kemp started his catering business over 35 years ago in New Orleans Louisiana called Jambalaya & Co. A short time later he started his seasonings and spices business to develop his individual style and flavors for his delicious dishes. He incorporates his signature blends in the food he loves to prepare. That flavor starts in the Bayou with seasonings and rubs that bring the taste back to Southern Louisiana. He also creates blends that are inspired by other cultures, including the Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America. He always makes these seasonings in small batches, hand blending the spices to ensure the best quality and flavor.
