Bourbon Molasses Rub  This is a great rub that can be used with other seasonings and rubs. We use it on ham steaks, pork roasts, pork loins, pork chops, grilled corn, steaks, hamburgers, chicken, and even on the Alligator Sausage and Boudin that we make.
