Quail Seasoning  Rub Quail in Olive Oil and then put a medium coating of seasoning on the outside and the inside of the Quail. We normally add some root veggies to the inside. It is a milder seasoning, so sometimes we add some of our Cajun Seasoning. They mix well together. It adds a little kick!
