Duck Seasoning  Rub Duck in Olive Oil and then put a medium coating of seasoning on the outside and the inside of the duck. If you are going to stuff your duck, go a little bit heavier on the Duck Seasoning. It is a milder seasoning, so sometimes we add some of our Cajun Seasoning. They mix well together. It adds a little kick!
