Chinese Five Spice  This is a great seasoning that can also be used as a rub by itself or in combination with our other seasonings and rubs. We use it on steaks, hamburgers, ham steaks, pork roasts, pork loins & pork chops, grilled corn, chicken, and even on the Alligator Sausage that we make.
