Cajun Chicken Rub  Rub Chicken with a light coat of Olive Oil or Butter and then put a medium coating of seasoning on the outside and the inside of the chicken. It is a combination of our Chicken Rub and our Cajun Seasoning. They mix well together. It adds a little kick!
