Cajun Boudin Balls This is a Louisiana specialty sausage that is made with lean pork and rice. The pork is cooked and then ground and mixed with the seasoned rice for a great Cajun flavor. Boudin is fully cooked and can be prepared on a grill, steamed, baked, or fried. Boudin can be eaten as an appetizer, entree, or as a side dish. They are designed to fry frozen. When they are a little dark then they are done. We eat them plain or they can be dipped in our Kum Back Sauce and our Hurricane Sauce. These are ordered in packs of (8) 1.5 oz balls
