Cajun Boudin This is a great blend of Pork Boudin Dressing mixed with our special Cajun Spices to make the best Cajun Boudin that you have ever eaten.  It is great by itself, you can steam it, smoke it and grill it.  You can also remove the casing and use it as a dressing.  I also use this in our Boudin King Cakes.
