Bourbon Eye Opener!  This is a great seasoning with plenty of kick. It can be used as a rub also or in combination with our other seasonings and rubs. We use it on ham steaks, pork roasts, pork loins & pork chops, grilled corn, steaks, hamburgers, chicken, and even on the Alligator Sausage and Boudin' that we make. Great for Bloody Marys, too!
