Blackened Seafood Blend  This is a great Seasoning for Seafood. We use it to Blacken Fish, Shrimp, and Sea Scallops. It is not a spicy seasoning. If you want it a little spicier, then you can add some of our Cajun or Creole Seasoning. They mix well together. It adds a little kick!
