Alligator Smoked Sausage This is a great blend of Alligator and Pork mixed with our special Cajun Spices to make the best Alligator Smoked Sausage you have ever eaten.  Sometimes I sprinkle some of our Cajun Seasoning on while grilling.  It is great by itself and also with sweet and spicy brown mustard.
